The Lamoille Area Professional Development Academy (LAPDA) is a regional professional development collaborative that has been providing high quality professional development for educators, human service providers, and their respective organizations since 1996.
LAPDA's mission is to enhance organizational capacity by offering training opportunities that provide professionals with the skills necessary to improve outcomes for young people and their families.
In addition to the courses, workshops, and other training opportunities that LAPDA provides on a year-round basis, LAPDA provides customized contracted services for individual schools, districts, supervisory unions and human service organizations to help them meet their unique professional development needs.
