Course Description

This hands-on course provides an introduction to using technology in the classroom. The structure encourages participants to develop strategies for continuous learning. Using an individualized approach to learning, participants will be responsible for setting personal technology goals to direct their learning and assess their growth. Participants will be evaluated through portfolios, participation and quality of work. Ability to perform basic word processing operations and access to Windows computers (with Microsoft Offi ce software) outside of class time will be necessary to complete course requirements.
