Executive Director: Robert Stanton, Ed.D.
Robert (Bob) Stanton, Ed.D. has been the Executive Director of LAPDA since its inception in 1996. Bob retired as the Assistant Superintendent of the Lamoille South Supervisory Union on June 30, 2007 after serving in that role for 15 years. Prior to his tenor as Assistant Superintendent, he served as a Building Principal, Interim Superintendent, Director of Special Education, Consulting Teacher and Lecturer in Special Education at the University of Vermont (UVM).
Bob continues to teach in the Educational Leadership Program at UVM, and provides consultation services to a variety of school districts and related organizations. Bob received a Masters Degree in Special Education, a C.A.S. in Administration and Planning and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from UVM.
Program Coordinator: Patti Coultas
Patti Coultas has been the LAPDA Program Coordinator since 1999. Prior to that, she was the Program Coordinator of the Lamoille Valley School-To-Work collaborative. She has taught courses for LAPDA through UVM, JSC, Union Institute and University and has taught at CCV. She received a Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University and attended the University of Stockholm (Sweden) for one year before transferring to Florida State University, where she earned a Master's Degree in International Affairs.
